      TRANSPORTATION NEXUS AND SURROUNDING DEVELOPMENT

      The site is located at the nexus of three (3) of South Fulton’s busiest and most utilized intersections:

      1. Camp Creek Parkway – the major connecting thoroughfare between the Fulton Industrial District and Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. The Fulton Industrial District is home to the highest concentration of industrial employment east of the Mississippi River and Hartsfield Jackson is the world’s busiest airport.


      2. Fulton Industrial Boulevard – the central artery of the Industrial District.


3. Cascade Road – Southwest Fulton’s most prominent and prosperous street.


The owners in the Fulton Industrial District have formed a Community Improvement District (CID), which has planned $800,000 in intersection improvements at the intersection of Cascade Road and Fulton Industrial Boulevard (1/4 mile from the property).
